Field validation
No completed real-world pilot is claimed. Field validation is a future stage and must be measured lane by lane.
LAKANA Sovereign Systems was founded by MarTaize K. Fails to build local-first, physics-bounded safety infrastructure for structural, civilian, and environmental protection.
The company is research-stage, evidence-forward, and partner-seeking. The work is public enough to review, but disciplined enough not to publish private trigger logic, custody internals, or implementation pathways.
LAKANA started from a practical belief: the people most in need of protection should not be asked to surrender the most control.
MarTaize K. Fails is the founder and principal researcher of LAKANA Sovereign Systems. His work connects software engineering, simulation research, privacy-preserving safety infrastructure, and evidence-governed system design.
LAKANA’s mission is to build safety systems that can hold up when conditions get messy: weak networks, conflicting signals, vulnerable users, high-pressure decisions, and institutions that need records they can review without turning every person into a tracked subject.
The company’s public posture is intentionally direct: safety without surveillance, evidence without extraction, and technical ambition without pretending simulation is the same as field validation.
Four-document manuscript suite covering deterministic structural-load intelligence, companion lane integrity, engineering mechanics, and reviewer navigation.
Open SSI suite →Core connected empirical Monte Carlo evidence basis with optional post-stack materials excluded from claims. SOS is not described as rerun planned.
Open SOS papers →Public figure gallery for survivability, delivery, degraded-condition, integrity/fail-closed, and sensitivity outputs.
View figures →Patent-protected public architecture with DOI-linked evidence records and controlled public claim boundaries.
Evidence page →No completed real-world pilot is claimed. Field validation is a future stage and must be measured lane by lane.
No clinical trial, diagnosis, treatment, return-to-play authority, or medical-device evidence is claimed.
No deployed customer, certified operational system, or guaranteed real-world effectiveness claim is made on this site.
LAKANA reports simulation evidence, architecture-level results, public artifacts, and validation-readiness posture. The site does not claim field validation, clinical validation, production readiness, emergency-response certification, Google Cloud endorsement, or guaranteed real-world effectiveness.
Universities and research groups interested in simulation methods, safety engineering, structural-load intelligence, privacy-preserving evidence, and narrow pilot design.
Athletic departments, sports science groups, women’s athletics leaders, and occupational safety teams evaluating SSI without turning athletes or workers into surveillance subjects.
Infrastructure partners that can support compute, secure artifact storage, reproducibility, audit bundles, and future governed validation pipelines.
Non-dilutive grant teams, commercialization advisors, and pilot partners looking for a focused path from public evidence to controlled testing.
