Proof Theater is a public simulation and review interface. It does not replace emergency services, certify routes, diagnose people, or convert simulator outputs into field validation.

Select the rescue-scoped responder module when reviewers need to inspect user-side SOS state, responder-side BFB state, Tactical Audio Bridge consent logic, W-X/CivOS context, and NICOLE audit closure.
