Emergency management, fire/EMS, and public-safety review
If you evaluate emergency management, fire/EMS, disaster resilience, communications resilience, responder workflow, privacy, or public-safety systems, this is the route. Read the Emergency Management Review first so your note can be specific.

Suggested subject line: SOS Emergency Management Review.
Tell us your role and whether your interest is: responder workflow; degraded communications; tabletop evaluation; privacy / civil liberties; environmental context; evidence requirements; human factors; or controlled pilot research.
We are asking reviewers to pressure-test LAKANA, not to endorse it. External emergency-management review is beginning; no organization has endorsed LAKANA, and no review conversation is presented as an endorsement.
What we want reviewed
- Whether the bounded information given to a responder would be operationally sufficient.
- Which degraded communications, power, environmental, user-unavailable, or handoff scenarios a controlled tabletop should test first.
- Where SOS, BFB, or TAB would create friction with real emergency-management, fire/EMS, dispatch, ICS/NIMS, communications, or human-factors practice.
- What further evidence you would require before simulation progresses to controlled tabletop, then human-factors evaluation, then limited pilot research.
- Which information a responder actually needs during rescue, and which should stay outside standing institutional access.
Evidence classSimulation-bound public safety research surfaces.
Release ruleRaw state remains local unless a signed, scoped, auditable lease permits release.
Non-claimField validation is not established. Live dispatch integration is not claimed. No medical diagnosis and no official warning authority. Controlled tabletop evaluation is the next validation stage.
