Validation roadmap

What must happen before deployment claims become legitimate.

1. Internal simulation

Maintain deterministic artifacts, seeds, configurations, and claim-to-output mapping.

2. Reproducibility audit

Independent reruns, figure regeneration, artifact hashes, and boundary checks.

3. Prototype hardening

Move from visual proof surfaces to instrumented prototypes with logs and test harnesses.

4. Bench testing

Test stale data, spoofing, connectivity loss, low battery, sensor drift, and failure states.

5. Partner pilot

University or institutional pilot with ethics, consent, and limited claims.

6. Field validation

Only after external review should deployment, efficacy, or certification language be considered.
